Logistics parks power high-quality growth in WND

Located in the heart of the Yangtze River Delta, Wuxi Airport Industrial Service Cluster Zone in the Wuxi National Hi-Tech District (WND) is rapidly emerging as a logistics powerhouse. Leveraging its proximity to Suzhou and Shanghai, as well as key transport links including Shuofang International Airport, National Highway 312, and expressways like the G2 and S19, the zone has quickly grown into a regional logistics hub.

At the core of this development is a focus on modern logistics. The cluster is home to seven branded logistics parks, including industry leaders such as Mapletree, GLP, and Redwood. In addition to these parks, the area also hosts major express delivery providers like China Post, SF Express, and ZTO Express.

Approved in March 2007, the Wuxi Hi-Tech Logistics Center has evolved into a dynamic ecosystem. Supported by the Wuxi Hi-Tech District Comprehensive Bonded Zone, it now features a robust industrial structure centered on integrated circuits, electronics, and telecommunications, complemented by international trade, logistics distribution, cross-border e-commerce, and testing and maintenance services.

Another key component, the Wuxi Xin'gang Logistics Cluster, spans 53.3 hectares and has a planned investment of 1.02 billion yuan ($142.35 million). Located between the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and the Shanghai-Nanjing Railway, it is focused on building a modern logistics platform powered by digital technology, e-commerce, and IoT. The goal is to create a comprehensive logistics ecosystem that integrates transportation, distribution, warehousing, processing, and smart management.
