The 2025 Haidong Industrial Park–Wuxi National Hi-Tech District (Xinwu district) Joint Promotion Meeting for the Qinghai Zero-Carbon Industrial Park was held in Haidong Industrial Park, Qinghai province, on Sept 22, marking new progress in green and low-carbon industrial collaboration between the two regions.
Wang Qingpei, vice-mayor of Haidong, said the park will continue to strengthen its capacity to support projects in green computing, digital manufacturing, and new materials while broadening cooperation opportunities with Wuxi.
Cui Rongguo, Party secretary of Xinwu district, noted that the district will work with Haidong to explore new models of industrial integration, promote the rapid growth of green computing industries, attract high-tech enterprises and research institutes, and build a hub for top-tier talent.

At the meeting, a major project was signed — the Phase II of the Taihu Yixin Intelligent Computing Center, a 400-cabinet, 4,000-PFlops green computing facility jointly developed by Wanwu Zhiyi and China Mobile Qinghai. The project is expected to begin operation within the year.
In addition, WND plans to deepen cooperation with Qinghai in green power. Companies like TECO Electric & Machinery, Grace Electron, and Lead Intelligent Equipment signed agreements to purchase green power from Qinghai.
