The Oracle (Xinyun) Future Center was established in Wuxi National Hi-Tech District (WND) on Sept 19, marking a major milestone in cooperation between Oracle and the district.
The project was launched under a 2023 strategic cooperation agreement, with Oracle authorizing Wuxi Xinyun Intelligent Computing under the Oracle Partner Network to invest 30 million yuan ($4.22 million) in establishing the center.
Completed in April 2025, the center serves not only as a showcase for Oracle's cutting-edge technologies and products but also as home to the Oracle-Xinyun next-generation database application base and the Wuxi Xinyun intelligent cloud storage service center, offering enterprises comprehensive digital solutions.
A highlight of the facility is the introduction of Oracle's X10M Exadata Cloud@Customer, which will significantly improve regional data processing efficiency and drive data centers toward greener, low-consumption, and distributed models.
According to the cooperation framework, during the seven-year collaboration, the Oracle (Xinyun) Future Center is expected to generate 4.5 billion yuan in cumulative revenue, file 32 patents, and attract 100 highly skilled professionals. The center will also host annual forums in WND on digitalization and artificial intelligence, creating a premium platform for exchanges to support the digital transformation of Yangtze River Delta enterprises.
In the afternoon, a seminar themed on AI empowering Wuxi enterprises going global was held. Oracle experts shared insights on topics such as AI-data integration and compliance strategies for overseas expansion, providing practical guidance for local companies.
