A senior executive of Stellantis led a delegation to Wuxi National Hi-Tech District on Dec 3. The visit focused on accelerating project implementation and deepening collaboration between R&D and local industry.
During the meeting, Stellantis expressed appreciation for Wuxi's strong industrial foundation and business-friendly environment. The company outlined its ongoing joint venture plans in the city, emphasizing that its R&D, design, and production capabilities will integrate closely with local industrial resources to build stable and mutually beneficial partnerships.
Stellantis, the world's fourth-largest automaker, ranking 28th on the 2024 Fortune Global 500 list, is expected to expand its presence in Wuxi along the automotive supply chain. The new projects aim to jointly develop a full lifecycle automotive industry ecosystem, covering both upstream and downstream operations.
