Wuxi to add new international hospital through multi-party partnership

Wuxi is set to expand its international healthcare resources with the planned establishment of Wuxi Hynix International Hospital, following the May 15 signing of a memorandum of understanding among Wuxi Medical and Health Group, Wuxi Hi-Tech District Commercial & Culture Tourism Group, and SK Hynix.

Under the cooperation framework, Wuxi Medical and Health Group will leverage its strengths in healthcare resources, industrial policies and medical talent development. Meanwhile, Wuxi Hi-Tech District Commercial & Culture Tourism Group, a State-owned enterprise, will contribute its expertise in urban supporting facilities, public service project implementation and local resource coordination.

The hospital will be operated and managed by Wuxi People's Hospital, aiming to provide high-quality and professional medical services.

According to the plan, Wuxi Hynix International Hospital will establish five specialized centers focusing on medical cosmetology, cancer diagnosis and treatment, dental medicine, health examinations, and biopharmaceutical cultivation.

The hospital is expected to provide comprehensive, international, and precision-based medical services to residents as well as to foreign professionals and expatriates living and working in Wuxi.
